• 1. Unplug the portable air conditioning unit from the mains.
  • 2. Remove the exhaust hose.

  • 3. Place the unit where water can be drained.
  • 4. Locate the lower drain cap.
  • 5. Unscrew and remove the lower drain cap.
  • 6. Carefully pull out the stopper.
  • 7. Any waste water will drain out.
  • 8. When water has finished draining, replace the stopper.
  • 9. Replace the lower drain cap.
  • 10. Place the unit back to the desired location.
  • 11. Replace the exhaust hose.

  • 12. Let the unit rest for 3 minutes.
  • 13. Plug the portable air conditioning unit into the mains power.
