• 1. Press the ON/OFF button for 2-3 seconds.
  • 2. Touch the displayed language to change the language the tablet will use.
    This can be changed from settings if you need to change the language later.
  • 3. Touch the required language.
  • 4. Touch your regional setting.
  • 5. To start setting up the tablet proper, touch Start.
  • 6. The tablet will look for all available Wi-Fi networks, touch the network you wish to connect to.
  • 7. Enter the Password for the network and touch CONNECT.
  • 8. Touch Set up as new.

  • 9. It is recommended to use the tablet with a Google account. To sign in with an existing Google account, touch Email or Phone.
    To create a Google account, see this TOPIC.
  • 10. Enter the email address for your Google account and touch the ENTER icon
  • 11. Enter the account password and press Next.
  • 12. Agree to the terms of service by touching I agree.
  • 13. Adjust the date and time if necessary, touch Next.
  • 14. It is recommended to create a secure login feature, touch Password.

  • 15. To protect your tablet and data it is recommended that you set the tablet to ask for the password to be entered before anyone can use the tablet. Touch Yes.
  • 16. Create a memorable password that you will enter every time you start the tablet. Touch NEXT.
  • 17. Re-enter the password you have just created, touch OK.
  • 18. Touch More.
  • 19. Review the options available and touch the option best for you.
  • 20. Touch CONTINUE.
  • 21. Back up to Google Drive is recommended, if you have to reinstall your tablet this will prevent you losing any data like photos, messages and passwords.
  • 22. Scroll through the options available and select those you feel suit your needs, then touch ACCEPT.
  • 23. Touch Control info on lock screen.
  • 24. Configure the information that will be shown on the home screen. Touch DONE.
    This can be changed later in Settings if needed.
  • 25. Touch FINISHED FOR NOW.
  • 26. Your tablet is now ready to be explored and enjoyed.
