  • 3. Ensure the Sync Module 2 is within range of your router.
  • 4. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
  • 5. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
  • 6. Ensure the Wi-Fi setting is a 2.4GHz network.
  • 7. If the problem persists, reset your router.
