1. If the LED blinks Red, you will need to reset your Video Doorbell.

2. Replace the batteries in your Video Doorbell.

3. Ensure the Sync Module 2 is within range of your router.
4. Ensure the router is not surrounded by large solid objects which can block the signal.
5. Installing a router near cordless phones or microwaves can interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
6. Ensure the Wi-Fi setting is a 2.4GHz network.
7. If the problem persists, reset your router.
