• 1. Open the camera, then scroll right to Portrait mode.
  • 2. Touch the Camera switcher to switch between the front or rear camera.
  • 3. Touch Flash to activate or deactivate the flash.
  • 4. Touch the desired area you would like in focus.
    The camera needs to be a minimum distance away from the object for Portrait Mode to work.
  • 5. To adjust the depth of field, touch f.
  • 6. Scroll the Dial left or right to adjust the depth of field.
    The higher the number the more background detail will be captured.
  • 7. To adjust the tone, touch the Tone icon.
  • 8. Scroll to and select the desired tone effect (E.g., Dramatic).
    Tones include Standard, Natural, Vibrant, Stark B&W, Dramatic, Amber and Gold.
  • 9. Touch the arrow to open the features menu.
  • 10. Flash — Used to set the flash to Flash Auto, On or Off.
  • 11. f — Scroll the Dial left or right to adjust the exposure to the desired depth of field.
  • 12. Tone — Scroll to the desired tone setting to enhance the tones in your photo (E.g., Vibrant).
    Tones include Standard, Natural, Vibrant, Stark B&W, Dramatic, Amber and Gold.
  • 13. Aspect — Used to change aspect ratio of your photo with 4:3, Square or 16:9 settings.
  • 14. Exposure — Use the slider to adjust the light exposure.
  • 15. Timer — Used to set a delay timer with the options of Timer Off, 3s or 10s.
  • 16. To access lighting effects, touch the Natural Light icon, then drag the Effect selector to the desired lighting effect.
  • 17. Natural Light — The face in the picture stays in sharp focus against a blurred background.
  • 18. Studio Light — The face in the picture is brightly lit, and the rest of the photo will have an overall clean look.
  • 19. Contour Light — The face in the picture will have dramatic shadows with highlights and lowlights.
  • 20. Stage Light — The face in the picture is spotlit against a deep black background.
  • 21. Stage Light Mono — The similar effect as Stage Light, but in black and white.
  • 22. High-Key Light Mono — This creates a greyscale subject on a white background.
  • 23. Touch the arrow to close the feature menu.
  • 24. Touch the Shutter to take a picture.
