1. Check the volume setting by pressing the right hand volume rocker on the top of the Amazon Fire Tablet.
2. Alternatively, scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Touch Sound.
4. Move the Volume slider to maximum on Media volume.
5. Restart your Amazon Fire Tablet. This can clear bugs and app issues.
6. Press the power button, until you hear a beep.
7. The top menu bar will appear. Touch Restart.
8. The Amazon Fire Tablet will restart.
9. If your Amazon Fire Tablet still has no sound, please contact for further support.
If the product is within warranty, contact your retailer. If the product is outside of the warranty period, either contact Argos technical support or a qualified repair service.
