• 1. From the home screen, pull up from the bottom of the screen.
  • 2. From the lock screen, enter the PIN / password incorrectly 5 times.
  • 3. Touch RESET PASSWORD.
  • 4. Touch Enter Password.
  • 5. Enter your Amazon password, then touch enter.
  • 6. Select the desired option (E.g., PIN).
  • 7. Enter your new PIN.
  • 8. Confirm your new PIN.
  • 9. Touch CONTINUE.
  • 10. Your password / PIN has now been changed.
