• 1. From the lock screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
  • 2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all apps.
  • 3. Touch Settings.
  • 4. Touch System.
  • 5. Touch Advanced.
  • 6. Touch Reset options.
  • 7. Touch Erase all data (factory reset).
  • 8. Touch Delete all data.
  • 9. Touch Delete all data.
  • 10. The tablet will now erase all the data and then restart.
