• 1. Switch off and unplug your TV from the mains socket.
  • 2. Switch your router off at the mains socket and leave for 1 minute.
  • 3. Press and hold the Power button on the TV for 10 seconds, to perform a power flush.
  • 4. Switch the router on at the mains socket.
  • 5. Plug the TV back in to the mains socket and press the Power button to turn the TV on.
  • 6.

    If this does not resolve your issue. Press Home.

  • 7.

    Scroll to Settings.

  • 8.

    Scroll to Installation, then press OK.

  • 9.

    Scroll to First time installation, then press OK.

  • 10.

    Scroll to Yes, then press OK.

  • 11.

    The TV will now reset.
